Happy 2nd Birthday Zak!

Zak turned two today. The past two years have gone by so fast! Due to the timing of his brother's arrival, we didn't plan a big party this year - we celebrated on Sunday with Grandma Barbara and Grandpa Bob and the Gislers. Zak did have a fun-filled day today. He and Daddy went to Disneyland and California Adventure in the morning, then went to the movies to see Monsters vs. Aliens in the afternoon. Adam said he was really good in the theater, and had a great time at Disneyland. The Batman Cake

Blowing out the candles

It's hard to get a good picture of Zak lately, since his automatically says "cheese," which makes his eyes squint

Enjoying the cake

Daddy helped to open the presents - thanks Grandpa Mike

Zak got his own camera. He actually likes to play the "tic toe" game on it more than take pictures right now

Out of all his presents, he kept going back to the "Swing" book we got him
Thanks Auntie Allie!
Thanks Uncle Kevin and Auntie Holly
Back to Swing again
Here's the tool set that Grandma Cindy and Grandpa Gary got him - perhaps they were right and giving a two year old a hammer might not be the smartest thing. The hammer and screwdriver have been temporarily put away for safekeeping
Zak did at one point come to me with the phone up to his ear and tell me it's not working. Guess he needs to work on his pretending a little bit
