Grandma Barbara and Grandpa Bob came to visit on December 6 to celebrate my birthday. Here are some pix from the day, and getting ready for Christmas.

There are just pre-crawl
So Adam climbed on the roof again this year to hang the lights. He started with an extension ladder, but the roof route seemed much safer (and I wasn't in fear that he would slide down the ladder onto me, since I was the one holding the ladder). We had to get the lights up - ever since we took a walk to see lights while in Surprise over Thanksgiving, Zak was fascinated by them - he pointed out every time we came home that we didn't have any decorations.

Not sure why my mom wanted this pose, but it did make it into the calendar this year
