We spent Saturday night over at the Gislers', where there would be a special guest... But before that, we did a little gift exchange for the boys.
Somehow they found the one Star Wars item (a tent pictured below) that Zak doesn't already have or isn't already getting for Christmas.

This was Zak when he saw Santa walk through the door
Santa!
Zak went first. Santa was thoughtful and brought a little gift for each of the boys (with the help of his elf Tiffany). Zak cracked us up later when he went over to Tiffany and told her that he's always liked her.
then Nathan (he brought the letter he had written)
and Jack (who decided he wanted Mickey Mouse, apparently this was the first that Mona and Nick had heard of this)
Luke
and finally Josh
He didn't do quite as well with this Santa as he did with the first one. But he is teething and hadn't napped much
Josh was ALL over the place today. He now has the "inch worm" crawl - he sticks his butt in the air and pulls forward with his arms. He was a drooly mess all day, so I put a drool bib on him after bath time so his pjs weren't soaked (he had already been through a couple outfits). He has also been up on his knees lately (just while sitting and playing or while moving). He has also been pulling up at Teri's. This was the second time at home, but a little before this he pulled himself up on the ottoman all on his own (we enticed him with the phone this time to get the picture). He has also mastered feeding himself puffs or Kix, and would much rather eat those than any baby food we try to feed him - he is becoming little Mr. Independent already.
