Happy 1st Birthday Josh!

I can't believe Josh is a year old already - it went by way too fast! Here are a couple flashbacks, but what a difference a year makes! He's walking all over the place now, and he loves to sit (or stand) in Zak's (now his) chair. He's got quite the personality - he's a little ham like his brother and has the best laugh. He also has quite a little temper and definitely wants to do what he wants to do, and has been known to throw himself back on the floor (or where ever he may happen to be) if he doesn't get his way. Zak continues to be a great big brother. The thing that Zak really doesn't seem to like is when Josh tries to play with his Bat Cave with him.

Brotherly love in the morning
Turns out it's hard to get a little boy to sit still in a chair for a picture
Cheese!
This one was taken as he was trying to crawl on top of me
Standing in the chair. He will actually listen when you tell him to sit (well, when he feels like it...)

The birthday shot with Grandpa Bob and Grandma Barbara.
He's such a big boy!
Here's Josh with his "magic" towel. Some kids have a blankie, he has a dishtowel. He loves it and it helps him sleep, so we love it too!
Clowning around
Isn't this the sweetest picture?
Great Grandma Frankie sent some birthday gifts for the boys - we let Zak open his too
He's saying "thank you"

Daddy helping Josh open some presents - Grandma Barbara & Grandpa Bob got him a photo book - we got one for Zak and he loved it. Josh has looked at that one, but this one is more updated

Looking at the special first year scrapbook that Grandma Barbara made (good thing she did them for the boys, otherwise they wouldn't have one!)

Josh was a little slow, so Zak stepped in to help
Standing on the chair with his new book
Josh's cake - I made it myself :)
Enjoying the cake
He wasn't too sure about it

Yummy!

Here's a little walking action. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get a video, but it just doesn't seem to happen
