18 Month Checkup

Josh had his 18 month checkup on Tuesday - he weighed in at 24 pounds 10 1/2 ounces and is 32" tall.  As a comparison, Zak was the same height but weighed almost 2 pounds more - this shocked us because Josh feels so solid, but looking back at pictures of Zak at the same age, his cheeks were much chubbier.

I haven't been very good at posting updates, but he's generally a pretty happy boy (although he does have his moments where he will throw himself down in a tantrum).

He's starting to talk more, when I picked him yesterday he said "Hi Mom" - it was too cute.  Some of his other favories are "more, milk, ice (he LOVES to eat ice), bath (as he goes running toward the tub), and grandma"  He's really good at saying a word pretty well once, then not saying it again.  He likes to point to all his/your body parts and names most of them pretty well (but will point to them when you ask).

He loves whatever Zak is playing with - especially his various figurines (Batman & friends, the Super Hero Squad, Star Wars...)

I really need to get a good video of him dancing - it's hysterical!
